Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of this website and the services provided by The Rich Co Inc.
Last updated: August 3, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://therichcoinc.com/ and any estimate, inspection, or service you request from The Rich Co Inc (“The Rich Co”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read them before using this website or submitting a form.
Acceptance Of These Terms
By visiting this website, submitting a form, calling or texting us, or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
These Terms apply to the website and to our general business practices. Any signed contract, proposal, or work authorization between you and The Rich Co Inc controls the specific work we perform. If something in a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement governs that project.
Who We Are
The Rich Co Inc is a roofing and exterior contractor based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We provide residential and commercial roof repair, replacement, and restoration, storm and hail damage inspections, gutters and soft metals, siding, painting, stucco repair, custom metal work, and kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We serve El Paso and Douglas Counties and the surrounding communities.
Use Of This Website
You may use this website to learn about our services, review our work, and request an inspection or estimate. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s contact information through our forms.
- Use our forms, phone numbers, or email addresses to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Copy, scrape, republish, or resell our content, photos, or pricing without our written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, its server, or any connected system.
- Interfere with the normal operation or security of this website.
We may suspend or block access to anyone who misuses this website.
Estimates, Proposals, And Pricing
Inspections and estimates are provided free of charge and are not binding until both parties sign a written proposal or work authorization. Any price we quote is based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection and remains valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Roofing work sometimes uncovers damage that could not be seen during inspection, such as rotted decking, failed underlayment, or hidden water intrusion. If that happens, we will notify you and provide a written change order before performing additional work. Material prices can also change; if a supplier’s pricing changes materially before work begins, we will discuss options with you rather than proceed on an outdated number.
Insurance Claim Assistance
We inspect for storm and hail damage, document what we find, and work with your insurance carrier so your claim reflects the actual scope of the damage. Please understand the limits of that help:
- We are a contractor, not your insurance company, not your attorney, and not a substitute for either.
- We cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved, or approved for a specific amount. Coverage decisions belong to your carrier and depend on your policy.
- Nothing on this website is legal advice or insurance advice.
- Colorado law prohibits a roofing contractor from paying, waiving, rebating, or absorbing any part of your insurance deductible, or from advertising that it will. We will not do so, and you are responsible for your deductible.
Your Right To Rescind After A Claim Denial
Under Colorado law, if your insurance carrier denies all or part of your claim for work covered by a contract with us, you may cancel that contract within 72 hours after receiving written notice of the denial. If you cancel, we will return any payments or deposits you made, less the actual value of any emergency work you asked us to perform to prevent further damage. Cancellation requests should be delivered to us in writing at the contact information below.
Scheduling, Access, And Weather
Start and completion dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Roofing depends on weather, material availability, permits, inspections, and insurance timelines, and any of those can move a schedule.
For us to work safely and efficiently, you agree to provide reasonable access to the property and work areas, move vehicles out of driveways and away from the work zone, secure pets and children away from the site, and remove or protect fragile items in attics, on walls, and in the areas below the roof deck. We take care on every property, but we cannot be responsible for items you were asked to move or secure and did not.
Payment Terms
Payment amounts, deposits, and milestones are set out in your signed proposal or work authorization. Unless your agreement says otherwise, final payment is due on substantial completion of the work. Insurance-funded projects follow the payment schedule in the agreement, which may be tied to your carrier’s release of claim proceeds.
Past-due balances may accrue interest and reasonable collection costs at the rate allowed by Colorado law. We reserve all lien rights available to us as a contractor. Warranty coverage does not begin, and may be voided, while an account remains unpaid.
Workmanship And Manufacturer Warranties
We stand behind our installation with the workmanship warranty stated in your written agreement. Roofing materials carry separate manufacturer warranties, which are issued by the manufacturer and passed through to you on their terms.
Unless your agreement states otherwise, warranty coverage does not extend to:
- Damage from new storms, hail, high wind, fire, falling trees, earthquakes, or other events outside our control.
- Damage caused by other trades, other contractors, or work performed by anyone we did not authorize.
- Alterations, additions, or penetrations made to the roof or exterior after we complete our work.
- Failure to perform reasonable maintenance, including keeping gutters and drains clear.
- Pre-existing conditions or components we were not contracted to replace.
- Normal wear, weathering, and expected changes in color or finish over time.
Warranty claims should be reported to us in writing as soon as you notice a problem so we can inspect it promptly.
Calls, Texts, And Email Communications
When you submit a form on this website, call us, or text us, you agree that The Rich Co Inc and its authorized representatives may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide. That contact may include phone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and email, and may be placed or sent using automated technology.
Messages relate to things like inspection and appointment scheduling, estimate and proposal follow-up, insurance claim updates, project status, invoicing, and occasional service reminders or promotions.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive marketing calls or texts in order to buy any product or service from us.
- Message frequency varies depending on your project and the reason we are contacting you.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
- To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text from us. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
- For help, reply HELP to any text from us, or call us at (719) 287-5385.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opting out of text messages does not stop phone calls or email. To stop those, tell us directly or use the unsubscribe link in our emails.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, or your consent to receive text messages, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Rich Co Inc and its owners, employees, and subcontractors from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of this website, your submission of false or unauthorized information through our forms, or your breach of these Terms.
Governing Law And Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Most concerns are settled with a phone call and a follow-up inspection. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and both parties consent to that venue.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The revision date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Continued use of this website after we post an update means you accept the revised Terms.
